About the Team
Our Family
The Moon family has been living in the Pacific Northwest since the late 1990's and has seen the area grow significantly into what it is today. Our family originally lived in Honolulu, Hawaii prior to 1999, but made the decision to move to Washington State, knowing how much the area had to offer in terms of activities, school, and career opportunities.
Judi Moon, Owner/Broker
Judi Moon is a full time Realtor serving in the Seattle/Eastside area. With over 20 years of experience in retail sales and 20 years in Real Estate, she has always enjoyed working with clients and is committed to excellent customer service. Originally from South Korea, Judi is fluent in Korean & English. She lived in Hawaii for 11 years, where she attended the University of Hawaii, earning a Degree in Accounting in 1998. Judi and her family relocated to Washington in 1999.
A devoted mother of three sons, Judi is deeply involved in her community, having volunteered at local elementary and high schools, as well as in youth sports programs. Her strong commitment to family translates seamlessly into her real estate practice, where clients appreciate her tireless dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes. Many of her clients return for multiple transactions, valuing her proven track record and unwavering advocacy for their best interests.
Before founding Moon Realty Group, she gained valuable experience working with large real estate brokerages in the Greater Seattle Area. However, she recognized that bigger firms don’t always guarantee better results. Motivated to offer more personalized, client-focused service, Judi established Moon Realty Group with the support of her family, friends, and professional network.
Judi's leadership extends beyond her business. She served as President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) in 2021 and held the role of President for the Korean Women Realtors Association of Washington (KWRA) in 2010 and 2015. Fluent in both Korean and English, Judi leverages her bilingual skills to connect with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, enhancing her ability to serve Washington’s dynamic real estate market.
Kevin Moon, Owner/Broker
Kevin, the eldest of three children, is a licensed real estate broker and part owner of Moon Realty Group. Before co-founding the company with Judi, he served as a Field Artillery Officer in the military, where he held various technical and leadership roles. His most recent positions included Battery Executive Officer ("XO") and Battalion Assistant Operations Officer. Kevin achieved the rank of Captain and was honorably discharged after four years of exemplary service.
After his military career, Kevin returned to Bellevue and transitioned into financial management roles within the healthcare industry. He quickly rose to a director-level position, overseeing revenue and finance operations for a medical practice that expanded across Washington, reaching as far as Olympia and Spokane Valley. This role provided him with valuable insights into the commercial real estate sector, deepening his understanding of the needs of both tenants and landlords.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. His diverse background in leadership, financial management, and technical expertise uniquely positions him to navigate the complexities of the real estate market and deliver exceptional results for his clients.
Justin Moon, Broker
Justin Moon has been passionate about sports from a young age, playing baseball from the age of four through high school until an injury shifted his path. Since 2017, he has built a strong career in real estate, specializing in residential property management and HOA management. Dedicated to his work, Justin is committed to providing excellent service to his clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys playing golf in his free time. He is also actively involved in the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), serving in the Board of Directors and as the Edge Chair, a committee dedicated to empowering young professionals within the real estate market.
